"Run as fast as you can, away from this agent. I started an auto policy with them and two months after that, they contact me to say that they cancelled my policy a week after I started it because their underwriter said I have a lapse in coverage. That is false. I have no lapse in coverage and I asked to know who they get their info from so that I can check into it and get it corrected and they refused to give me any info. They waited 2 months to contact me to tell me this bs. They won't give me my money back that they took from my checking account for the month of March. I called them and sat on hold for 8 minutes before I gave up. They don't answer the phone and they lie to me. This agency is a total nightmare. I have to get an attorney and file a lawsuit just to get anything done. Just a group of thieves is what I see. Crooked thugs that don't give a damn about their clients. Then they said they'd sign me up again. LMAO. Of course you will, you'd love the opportunity to steal more of my hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and stear clear of these idiots."

I received a letter regarding my policy that I didn’t understand, so I emailed Noah. In fact, I sent 3/4 emails with questions, all of the emails were answered by someone other than Noah and they only answered the easy questions, completely ignored the important ones. Not happy."
